14 month baby had acute diarrhea and fever two days ago. Now if he cries he can't breathe for minutes and lips turn blue. Please help.

It's not related to loose motions. Some children become unconscious and bluish after a bout of excessive crying. It's called as breath holding spell. It's a sort of psychological problem. Show to a good doctor.
