I want to lose fat from body. I walk 3-4 kms every morning at a speed of 5-6 km/h. I do some dumbbell exercises in the evening whenever I get time. Also my work is bit of travel so I fly in fly out because of which consistency is not there. How can I lower my body fat with some exercise and what should be the food habit. I eat chapatis eggs fish fried in my meals and rice sometimes.

Hello lybrate-user, I can understand about your job problem, but you must think, in that also if we wish to we can help ourselves. When you are not been able to exercise, then try sticking to your diet schedule strictly. Suppose, a day when you can not lift dumbbells in the evening, try having something light and less fat food in evening and for dinner, like chicken soup in the evening and may be one chapati with a bowl of daal for dinner. Like this you will get to balance your intake (eaten foods) and output (physical activity where energy is lost).
