When you had your last dental visit and scaling done if it is more than six month time kindly have a dental screening. You can use warm salt water gargle or some mouthwash to reduce the bacterial infections.

Hello, Bleeding from gums, sensitivity could be due to deposits (plaque and tartar) on your teeth, which might be on the inner side of the teeth and might not be visible to you. I suggest that you get is thoroughly cleaned and polished by a dentist and maintain it by getting a dental checkup done every 6 months. Also for sensitivity, you can use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth and apply only the affected teeth. Always remember to floss your teeth after brushing twice a day. Thanks.

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure.
