Hi 20 years old female. I got discoloration dark skin around my chin and cheek bone area. Doctor recommended me uniglow cream to apply morning and night and said it has SPF in it. Am college student if I apply in morning and while coming back from clg to home there will be sun also. So can I apply this cream at 3: 30 or 4 pm also. And I have dark lips they recommend lip bless cream for my lips and said it has spf how many times shld I apply in a day.
