Go for an ayurvedic treatment. Panchkarma will help him a lot. U haven't mentioned his age n weight n height. Regular vasties in Ayurveda will help him. Give him lukewarm water. Avoid curd instead give buttermilk with butter removed+ pinch of roasted jeera powder after lunch. Focus on veggies like lauki touri tinda parwal etc try to make it soupy.
