Can conductive hearing loss (upto 40 decible) with sub total perforation for more than 2 years in both ears, fluctuating as in hearing becomes little issue before periods and tinnitus both of which is manageable otherwise deteriorate overtime. What should be done. Should it be fixed or as it is manageable most of the time left alone. Pls guide.

For perforation and hearing loss, tympanoplasty surgery will help. And you should go for it. Tympanoplasty is for perforation not for tinnitus?
