I think about to reduce weight I do exercise regularly but I can't reduce weight sir what should I do to reduce weight.

hello sir, take high fiber diet take curd, butter milk, lemon water with luke warm water, coconut water,green leafy veg, luke warm water before and after meals luke warm water with Apple cider vinegar early morning empty stomach, plenty of fruits,plenty of fluids.have small and frequent meals .do stretching exercise alternates days and brisk walk daily.don't skip your breakfast specially and meals.
