I have 2 major issues to be addressed: 1. I have immense pain in the left lower jaw because of the wisdom tooth erupting. 2. One of my tooth has been treated (RCT) almost 4 times now but still it not yet cleaned and it still pains bad.

If a root canal has been done 4 times, I doubt the status of the tooth. Please share Xrays if possible to give you better advice. You might have to extract both of them.

As of now I am suggesting you for the wisdom tooth.... Take homoeopathic medicine Mag Carb 30 tds for 3 days... it will ease the process of eruption... And then consult for the carious tooth... But if it has been treated for 4 times then you should think of extracting it before the caries spreads to others...
