Should I need to go for PRP or Hair transplant or what if I go for both PRP and hair transplant will it give better results please help? Thanks in advance!

You are too young. I believe you may go for hait transplantation later. Right now you may consider PRP and more importantly hair regrowth lasers. Laser sittings are planned once a week and may continue for 12 to 15 sessions.

Though hair transplant has entirely diff indication, PRP can be used as an adjunct therapy in any kind of hair loss. If combination doesn't cost much its definitely worth.
