I have a sebaceous cyst on my left buttock. I am 35y, Male. I have been advised surgery to get it removed. It's about 5 cm*2.5 cm as detected by soft tissue scan. Today evening it burst open naturally and is oozing pus kinda liquid. Doc suggested to allow it to ooze more and then he will operate.
