do regular exercise, daily massage your body with Tila ( sesame) oil, take proper diet,milk,cows ghee in regularly,fresh fruits,dry fruits,green vegetables,protein rich food, proper sleep. Do not take any medicines for weight gain. Eating properly in well mannered will increase your weight. Like start your day with heavy breakfast with paneer stuffed parantha + curd or banana shake with 2-3 boiled eggs/ stuffed vegetable sandwich, then after 2 hrs have butter milk + kala chana salad then in lunch take 2-3 chapatis + vegetable + curd + salad then in the evening have mango or strawberry shake + 5-6 soaked almonds and 1 walnut or murmura chaat then in dinner have 2-3 chapatis + vegetable + dal + salad. Do not skip your meals, try to eat frequently, Include proteins like tofu, paneer, soya bean.
