You need to do physical activities like yoga, running, brisk walk etc as well as need to follow a healthy diet. Early morning drink luke warm water and a bowl of papaya, then in breakfast have a glass of cold milk + vegetable poha, oats idli, cheela or boiled egg, then in mid morning have butter milk then in lunch have 2 chapati + vegetable+ salad+ curd then in evening you can have jasmine tea + 5-6 soaked almonds then in dinner have 2 chapati + dal + salad. Drink 7-8 glass of water. Avoid eating food which form gastric problems like white chana, kaala chana, cauliflower, lemon, excess of tea and coffee specially in dinner time.
