Foods which you should include in your diet for weight gain are: shakes (mango, banana) + boiled egg in breakfast then in mid morning have 1 glass butter milk + kalachana chaat in lunch have 3 chapatis + dal+vegetable+ curd + salad in evening again have a glass full of shake with 5-6 soaked almonds ,in dinner have 3 chapatis + vegetable + salad. If non-vegetarian you can have chicken/ fish/ red meat also. Team nutrihealth.
