hello mam , take high protein diet. have small and frequent meals. don\t skip your breakfast. take milk and milk products. take egg, sprouts, soy milk , paneer, tofu,whole pulses, curd , mango shake, banana shake, juice with glucose, take any sweet item after dinner. do stretching exercise alternate days.
