Hello, my daughter is 3 months old. She is an exclusive breastfed baby. My issue is that since today morning, I'm having severe headache. I'm not able to bear it anymore. Please suggest me a medicine which is safe for me breastfeeding baby.

You can safely take tablet paracetamol (Calpol) 500 mg upto 4 times in a day. Also take lots of liquids and water as you are breastfeeding. If problem persists consult again.
