My wife is in her 4th months of her pregnancy. But her belly hasn't swelled much, may be just a little swelled. Is it OK or serious.

Till complete three months uterus is not big enough to cause a belly bump. Uterus becomes an abdominal organ after four months only, so do not worry .I hope you are consulting a gynaecologist and getting sonography done.

It is absolutely fine if she is not having a belly bump yet. It is visible only after 4 months. There is nothing to worry provided the baby is growing normally on ultrasound and you are consulting your gynaecologist regularly.
