Hi swelling in feet during pregnancy can be because of high bp, low blood level or it can be normal as well. So get your bp and blood checked first. If both normal then its bcos of pregnancy you have swollen feet.

Swelling feet is usually there due to pressure caused to the lymphatic drainage by the weight of the baby, if your uric acid and blood urea ,sugar and other parameters like BP etc are fine there should not be any problem, suggest, whenever you sit or sleep raise your legs by keeping a pillow, should you need any further information or assistance you may get back to us for further advice on this.
