You can have wheat malt with full cream milk & milk powder, whole egg, premix with milk/curd/fruit juice, potato, roti/rice with ghee, thick milkshake, cheese sandwich, paneer/channa, sattu, soyabean, groundnuts, banana, mango, jackfruit to gain weight.
