On my back and hands there are lots of red pimple within each hair follicles and leaves a black spot earlier treated with tretinoin cream but again it is appearing please guide me about its possible causes and how to cure these black spots and growing pimples.

Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. OR Collect the pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good
