Hi am facing heart burning last 2 year I have ulcer I do endoscopy my pain like hearatack but no vomiting doctor give some medicine no use and gastric problem also I have and I take pantocid some time pls give a idea how to deduce pain.

Ulcer in endoscopy will require long treatment of H pylori (multiple drugs) which I think your doctor must have given you. If the pain is persistent then a long course of pantoprazole (pantocid) might be needed. Also a repeat endoscopy to rule out any new ulcer is to be done. Also if you keep fasting in Roza during Ramzaan then this problem might be increased so take pantocid regularly. Also you can start sitting in Vazrasan (like namaaz posture) 5 to 10 min after lunch & dinner (each meal) Take small meals multiple times in place of large meals. Follow this for 1-2 wks to See the changes. I hope you get well soon. If problem remains then please visist.
