Typhoid fever - main reason is impure drinking water ,not cleaning or washing of hands properly after toilet use etc. High grade fever, weakness, nausea, headache ,abdominal pain these are the main symptoms. Confirm diagnosis is by Widal test. Typhoid may occure more frequently in rainy seasons due to impure drinking water. Antibiotic therapy is the main treatment.
