Circumcision is generally considered to be the best and the most effective surgical treatment for tight foreskin in adults. Circumcision is a surgical procedure that involves partial or complete removal of the foreskin.

Preoperative diagnosis is a fairly simple procedure that your urologist will likely perform to assess and evaluate your overall health. In most cases, diagnosis of tight foreskin concludes with a simple, routine physical examination. In this test, the urologist will simply inspect the penis and try to gently retract the foreskin manually. If the foreskin is not retractable or the penile glans are not completely visible, it is considered to be indicative of a tight foreskin.Typically, a physical examination is enough to diagnose tight foreskin, and no further tests are required. However, to better understand your condition and determine its exact cause, the urologist may perform some additional tests as well, such as:

A stapler circumcision procedure utilizes a stapler device, an advanced and disposable surgical tool, to cut and remove the foreskin. This stapler device is placed over the penile glans and fits snugly over the head of the penis. Once the device is in place, it is fired by the surgeon, and the foreskin is removed in one quick motion while simultaneously closing the incision wound with a silicone ring. This silicone ring is designed to minimize bleeding as much as possible while also promoting better recovery. • Avoid going to swimming pools or public lavatories for at least a few weeks after surgery.
