Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. It enhances immune system and neem oil is an antiseptic in itself. Leaf extracts are used in antiseptics and can be effectively used in treating skin diseases. It destroys fungus and bacteria and is best for almost all kinds of skin diseases including redness of skin and itching.

I have blemishes around my mouth and my forehead got tanned and they look so odd from the other parts of the face. I consulted a skin specialist but no use. Could you suggest me how to get an even glowing skin?

Use onetone cream twice a day on dark areas of face very little quantity for 2 months. Use faceguard or photostable sunscreen 15 min before sun exposure.

For fair skin: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week.. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

1. Workout to stay fit - Exercising regularly and maintaining an optimum weight can help to keep your prostate gland at an optimal health. It's said that physically active men are less likely to suffer from enlarged prostate if they performed a physical activity of low to moderate intensity. Likewise, physically active men who ran for 90 to 108 minutes are 20% less likely to develop erectile dysfunction.

2. Eat fruits and vegetables - Including fruits and vegetables in your diet can help to maintain a healthy prostate. Guava, papaya, tomato and watermelon are some of the options that spell good for your prostate. Vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and Brussels sprouts should also be included to boost the health of the gland. Ideally, you should have about 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.

You can try these home remedies to fade away your skin tan naturally: 1) Lemon juice has bleaching effect which helps in removing tan quickly- Take fresh lemon juice, add some honey to it and apply on your skin. Let it stay for 30 minutes and wash off. You can also add some sugar to the lemon juice and scrub your skin gently to slough off dead cells from the surface. 2) Yogurt and tomato-Tomato is rich in antioxidants that helps in brightening skin. Yogurt on the other hand contains lactic acid which softens the skin. Take raw tomato and remove the skin, Blend it with 1-2 tsp of fresh yogurt. Use this paste on your tan, and wash off after 20 minutes. Hydrate yourself well, always use a good SPF sunscreen to protect skin from tanning, use full sun protection means apply sunscreen at 9 am-12 pm-3 pm. Always use umbrella to protect your skin. This will surely helps to reduce your tan.

Some of the main causes behind the formation of dark circles are heredity, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. Both men and women of different age groups can have dark circles. The caffeine and antioxidants present in tea can be highly beneficial for getting rid of dark circles as well as puffiness under eyes by shrinking the blood vessels and reducing fluid retention. The tannins, in particular, help decrease swelling and discoloration. 1. Chill two used green or black tea bags in the refrigerator for about half an hour. 2. Place one tea bag over each eye and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. 3. Remove the tea bags and wash your face. 4. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks for medicines consult me. Any queries inform me. You can achieve this aromatic face mask by mixing the following ingredients, one small tbsp.
