Do health check up. Do exercise like yoga, weight lifting and other muscle building exercise. Increase eating frequently. Use bigger plate. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Drink lots of water but not during meals. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Eat extra fish, egg, meat etc. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take quality sleep and lead an stress free life. First you need health check ups and follow these. Do exercise like yoga, skipping, plank, push ups etc. Eat small amount of food. Avoid fast foods, sugar etc. Use unrefined foods but not much. Use protein foods extra to reduce fat. Take lots of watery fruits, vegetables. Add small amount of healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water. Take quality sleep.
