1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily,

You are young. For what you feel stress try to do things which help you. Go for a morning walk in nearest park and try to do yoga and meditation. It will heal you and relax your mind body too you can take help of any psychologist also. Please everyone gets one life and choose a right way for you which gives you happiness and peace not anxiety.
