Hello sir, M taking Himalaya Ashwagandha tablets for Immunity and Stress relief! Nobody Prescribed me this tablets but I read about Ashwagandha and its benefits thats y I started it! M taking 2 tablets daily! 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner. I this the right way or suggest me the right way to take it!

Even though they may seem very simple but are effective. They are as follows: Eat in moderation a balanced diet (more of fruits and vegetables which will nourish and improve the immunity.) Exercise everyday (include Yoga as it will boost the immunity and general health and induces good sleep.). Avoid all those habits that are not productive or damage general health. Drink enough water (minimum 8-10 glasses ). Sleep on time (6-8 hrs average ). Go for annual health check-up even if you have no health issues.
