Hello, it may occur due to improper digestion, as you r not having satisfactory bowels too. Sometimes it occurs due to lot of allopathic medicines too. Homoeopathy medicines helps you out in all such problems. Consult an Homoeopathic Dr. for d same or you can contact me too. Don't go to sleep quickly as just after dinner. Satrt walking after dinner, take lots of veges n fruits. Improve water intake n fibres based food in your diet. Start doing yoga as well.
