Yes, you can start yoga. Begin with small duration of 30 mins and the gradually can increase to 60 mins. Feed your baby before yoga or excersie, else wait for at least 1 and half hour after excersie. Have complete and balanced diet. Consult your doctor, yoga teacher also.

Take high protein diet. Have small and frequent meals. Take milk and milk products. Take 2-3 egg daily, paneer, shakes, cold coffee, after meal take sweet item. Don't skip breakfast and meals. After workout take high protein item.

You must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. Hi lybrate-user never take supplements, they are slow poison which will harm your body, television ads and gym coaches will never tell you the side effects because they want profits.
