Stomach pain occurs during periods is due to contraction of muscles of uterus.

If ultrasound shows more than 10 ml volume and has more than 20 follicles in each ovary; if m.c. Irregular; if male hormone excess signs are there, it could lead to pcod (any two of the three signs). Pl get checked. Yes I say no treatment in modern drugs. However can be managed with decades long treatment. You have to be cautious on food, exercises, yoga, herbals to treat it with better potential. Pl consult.
