The best way to keep years lungs clean is to abstain from smoking altogether. Also when you pass a polluted area you may cover years nose with a hankerchief slightly. There is no possibility of cleaning the lungs in the way you suggested.
However practising yoga and relaxation can promote the better functioning of years lungs.

That's very good, you can see the positive impact of smoking cessation on your physical fitness will starts appearing soon after quitting. U can use nicotine patch or chew nicotene laced gum.But it does not work till u have will power and intention to leave it. For cleaning the lungs u do paranayam twice a day for 42 daysand run early in the morning for half an hour. This is only way to detoxify the lungs.
