Dear Lybrate user, tea in empty stomach can cause acidity. Better avoid tea in empty stomach. Do physical exercise in the morning, increase your water intake and avoid skipping of meals. Eat fibre rich food and curd, avoid spicy and junk food.

Drink boiled water.
Meanwhile follow this
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
