take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest. Take madiphala rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea.
Yoga or physical exercises or 1 hour brisk walk along with strict diet will help you to reduce weight.

Dear Lybrate user, - For proper digestion follow proper dietary habits, have adequate fluids, do regular exercise
- avoid fried, processed & junk foods, have more of fruits, vegetables & whole grains instead of refined ones
- chew your food well, keep meals timing fixed, take a walk for 5-10 min after a meal, have 5-6 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, raise your pillow end by 4-6 inches while sleeping at night, have dinner 2-3 hers before bedtime

Yes..as Ct scan is normal..it is mostly due to gastric issue, stress, dehydration.
Avoid spicy fatty oily food
Take more curd and buttermilk
Take small frequent meal
Avoid heavy meal
Avoid alcohol if u are taking
Avoid too much sweet and chocolate
Avoid smoking if you are doing
Avoid stress
Daily do yoga and walking
You can put ice pack on head.
Stay hydrated
eat health diet.

There can be many reasons like not eating on time, skipping bfast, stress, have junk food n spicy fried food often, often eating outside, heavy dinner etc
follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach.
