Yes..as Ct scan is normal..it is mostly due to gastric issue, stress, dehydration.
Avoid spicy fatty oily food
Take more curd and buttermilk
Take small frequent meal
Avoid heavy meal
Avoid alcohol if u are taking
Avoid too much sweet and chocolate
Avoid smoking if you are doing
Avoid stress
Daily do yoga and walking
You can put ice pack on head.
Stay hydrated
eat health diet.

- for your problem follow some dietary precautions:
- avoid fried, spicy & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day, avoid gas forming foods such as milk & dairy products, beans, lentils, pulses, raw onion, garlic and tomatoes, aerated drinks

There can be many reasons like not eating on time, skipping bfast, stress, have junk food n spicy fried food often, often eating outside, heavy dinner etc
follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). You can take 2 tab. Charcoal at night. syp. Aristozyme 10 ml after meal.
avoid fast/oily foods,alcohol,smoking,junk foods,fatty foods,

- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food, also limit tea, c! offee to 1-2 cups per day
- chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, take a walk for 5-10 min after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime
