T wave is most labile wave in ECG. As you are diabetic and hypertensive, most probably it is due to Left ventricular hypertrophy with strain if you are not having any symptoms. Keep your diabetes and hypertension controlled.

Beta blocker is used for tachycardia. Pl. Do not stop with out consult cardiologist even you do not like it. For control high b. P./ t. G. And high/ bad cholesterol eat as whole grain foods, green veg. Juice, plenty of water at least 8 glass of water in a day. It will be incorrect to say that just because you have normal BP in morning you don't have hypertension. if you are having hyper tension follow the advice given below
1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk for 30 minutes every day
2.reduce your weight if overweight
3.Reduce salt intake
4. Drink plenty of water
