IF YOU BP IS VERY HIGH LIKE MORE THAN 160/100 WITH ANTI HYPERTENSIVE MEDICINES, IT IS ADVISABLE TO CONTROL YOUR BP FIRST THROUGH LIFESTYLE CHANGES. TILL THEN AVOID STRENUOUS EXERCISES. ITS OK TO YOGA AND LOW INTENSITY CARDIO, BUT NOT HEAVY WEIGHTS. IN HOMEOPATHY WE MANAGE BP WITH MEDICINES WHICH ARE FREE OF SIDE EFFECTS AND TARGETED TO TREAT THE ROOT CAUSE. IN EXTREME CASES, BAD EFFECTS OF HIGH BP MAY INCLUDE CARDIAC ARREST OR STROKE. ALL THE BEST
