You are 62 years with HBP, DM with anemia.
The more important is to know the cause of anemia at this age to rule out other life threatening diseases which I don't feel appropriate to discuss online.
I would suggest you consult a General Physician or Consultant Hematogist who can advise you better.
Since I am not sure about your cause anemia it is difficult for me to give advice on diet but You can avoid extra SALT & Sugar.
