you may have to stop these exercises and take orthopaedic doctor consultation for assessment. If nothing serious is detected, which is likely to be, gentle exercises under a trained physiotherapist and having high protein nutritious diet is all that shall help.
Maybe exercises you do are incorrectly done. One should always do yoga exercises after learning under trained yoga teacher, and if it hurts must stop

These types of problems are may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises:-
1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints.
2. Avoid heavy lifting.
3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities.
4. Use western toilet.
5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walkin...more
