I think you have strained your groin while playing due to excessive stress on the joint. U need to stop playing and give rest until the subsides completely. Put ice on the painful area ,take analgesics orally or apply gel for pain relief. Take proper diet rich in protein and vitamins to enhance recovery. Its dysmenorrhea, low intensity pain is normal.
1) do massage to back & lower abdomen with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) 1 spoon caster oil with milk at bed time 3) do stretching exercise specially hip & lower back like ardhachakrasan.
