I am 23 years old girl. Periods time is too much difficult for me because of stomach pain. I tried lots of medicines and yoga also but it is not working. Please suggest me what to do?

Its dysmenorrhea, low intensity pain is normal. 1) do massage to back & lower abdomen with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) 1 spoon caster oil with milk at bed time 3) do stretching exercise specially hip & lower back like ardhachakrasan.
