Dear, Consult to get exact cause for the depression, b,p etc and to suggest you better or to prescribe better.
* Avoid and get to know what triggers her for depression.
* Yoga and practicing meditation will help to get mentally stable and normal your mothers blood pressure.
* Take her walk in the evening to promote good mood.
* Spend time with loved ones or good friends to share family matters.
* Cold shower would be better.
* Avoid more salty, junk foods.

Hi,
First and foremost thing is, avoid excess intake of salt like pickles, pappads, adding salt to curd rice, namkeens, oil fried food, etc.
Get rid of mental tensions and worries.
Good sleep for 7-8 hours.
Start anti hypertensive medication as per the advise of your physician.
Walk daily for 1 hour.
Perform yoga and meditation to ease out your body and mind.
Avoid smoking and alcohol intake.
