take syp Pepgard 20 ml three times a day before taking meal.
Take syp Amla Pitt suspension 20 ml before taking meal.
These medicines definitely heel your mucosal layer and your problem will go away.
Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks etc.
Take light easily digestable nutritional protinious fiber rich diet.
Do light exercise Yoga and meditation regularly.

Hello lybrate-user, don't be disheartened by your condition. Every disease is treatable, at least manageable. With a little changes in your diet, you can create a great improvement in your health. 1. To get UGI endoscopy done, if not done till now
I would also suggest
avoid full stomach, ie. Have 2/3 of of your diet which you normally take,
avoid more than 2-3 cups of tea/coffee per day
avoid alcohol, oily foods, chocolate,and tobacco in any form.
Do not use tight belts
do not bend forwards
lie on a bed whose head end has been elevated by 3-4 inches.
