Chest pain not necessarily always be associated with cardiac pain,,it may be due to costo- chondritis,,it may be due to muscle spasm due to any over sprain,,it may be due to increase uric acid level also,,,and if ecg and echo are normal then there is least chances of any cardiac problem,,this type of continuous pain is due to orher causes,,

Actually in most cases, GERD can be relieved through diet and lifestyle changes. So, should be add some citric food articles in your daily meal, such as 10 ml apple cider vinegar after every night meal with 200 ml of fresh water. You shoupd be avoid more spicy, oily and sugar based foods. Take a proper sleep and rest. Do yoga and relax your self. Thanks.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc

2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
