Follow these instructions to clear dark circles:
• Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly.
• Drink 8 glass of water daily.
• Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily.

Migraine is a relapsing disorder. The relapses may be precipitated due to various physical and psychological factors. Yoga and other relaxation exercises do help in preventing relapses caused by stress and anxieties.
