Dear Doctor I feel so depress .and when a level of anxiety is high I feel pain in my nerves of head like my nerves are jamming. My eyes are also suffering from irritating condition like eyes become dry from inside. I can not concentrate on my work. Whole day I was just thinking thinking and thinking. Please help me Doctor. I do yoga already from 10 days but there is no effect on this. Help me doctor. I feel shameful.

*first of all you have to give up the habit of over thinking. *your mind should be free to do other important works. *engage your self in other important works. * try to spend your free time on your hobbies. * go in between friends and relatives and talk to them. * spend some time in outdoor activities like playing cricket, walking, exercising etc. *share your feelings with whom you trust. *take sleep of at least 8 hours at night. *do meditation for better concentration of mind. *take homeopathic kali phos 6x, 4 tablet, 4 times daily. *remember it is your life and do not ruin it in sitting at one place and thinking and thinking over rubbish matter.
