By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?

Dear user, i'm assuming you meant hba1c and that has nothing to do with your glucose level at present. It is almost an average of your glucose levels for the past 6-7 months. The dizziness can be due to a low blood glucose. The hba1c is not directly related to the blood glucose. So make sure you have proper meals and avoid working out after starving.
