Try to concentrate your self mainly by meditation, exercise and walking, no evel thoughts, take more vegetables and fruits. May take anacardium 200 two dose once in the morning, five phos 6x 4tabs twice daily with luke worm water, take banana after meal. May spend your time with inspiring songs.

You obviously need exercise and do something to fit into the natural biorhythm. If you sleep early at night you may catch up with lost sleep. Eat more carbohydrates in your last meal at night.
