Respected lybrate-user hi I would strongly suggest to do meditation for atleast 30 minutes a day to relieve your body from stress of those things & yoga is best for that & above all have faith & confidence inside you & god. - Your headache could be due to weakness, stress, vision problem or improper sleep
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, do not skip meals, have healthy snacks like a fruit, nuts, yogurt in between meals
- have 7-8 glasses of water per day for sufficient hydration
- do regular exercise, yoga, deep breathing, play games to destress, also sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night to keep fresh & alert the next day

Change food habites add in your food calcium vitamins and minerals proteins green vegitabales salad milk end milk products etc Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you do meditation 5 minuties per day.
Do not sleep during day time.

Hello sankey. First you must decide your goal. Wake up early morning and do half hours yoga then half hours exercise. And start reading in early morning it definitely work. Not take rich or heavy diet.

Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic foods and cold drinks etc.
