1) Diet modification - please take a detailed diet consult for a low fat, low cholesterol diet from a dietitian. If you are over-weight then also discuss this with your dietitian. 2) Avoid drinking and smoking. 3) Avoid consuming sweets or desserts excessively as this is also a cause of cholesterol source. 4) Exercise daily for 40 mins like brisk walking or yoga and brisk walking.

For controlling bp and cholesterol.
Avoid sour food, sweets, fast food, junk food, ghee, oil, heavy food, etc.
Take more green leafy vegetables.
Take easily digestible food.
Drink 3 litre of water per day.
Regular 1 hour walking 5 days in a week.
Regular exercise / yoga / pranayam.
Maintain normal weight (if obese loss weight)
manage the stress and anger.
Check out renal function test for diagnosis of bp.

For control high cholesterol eat whole grain foods, green veg., juice, plenty of water at least 8 glass of water in a day.

Go for walk daily, do yoga, cycling, any good exercise, avoid stress, try to take good sleep at night.

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily Do meditation regularly Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, rice, outside food totally Use olive oil for cooking Take Cap decrin plus by phyto pharma Or Cap ayurslim by Himalaya 2 2 for 3 to 6 mths Check your Lipid profile after 3 months.
