Hello,
if you are suffering from cervical spondylitis try to take some ayurveda medicines along with massage and physiotherapy. Take br. Vatachintamani ras tab 1 tab twice with honey 1tsf. Maha ygaraj guggal 500 mg twice after food, mahanarayan tel massage with hot fomentation. Use collar 8 hours to support your neck. Have mild physiotherapy bilaterally moving your head and neck. Sit in yoga and practice meditation.

As per my view about your query
1. We can't say as this symptoms are as cervical cancer. It can be diagnosed only by the investigation, never think as you have cancer. Because most of people gets depression without confirmed it.
2. You need to go for sonography to investigate the cause of pain before menstrual periods. I like to advise to consult an Authentic Doctor

gelsimium 30/qid till diziness persist
if no symptoms present
then start to take calc flor 6x 4 tab / tds upto 3 month and repeat x ray cervical spine after

Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening.
