Please consult a nearby psychiatrist in person. It's a comprehensive treatment program for management of alcohol withdrawal and craving. Just taking some pills over the counter is not gonna help rather you may end up in trouble become dependent on the pills!

Dear user, for withdrwal there are medications, but he has to be monitored in the hospital to observe how his body reacts. During initial therapy, he has to be monitored cosely for any signs of aggression or adverse effects. If the medications are well acting, then he can be sent home under supervision. But to start treatment it is best to visit a psychiatrist and they will refer to a centre based on symptoms and history. 1.no alcohol
3. No smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution
4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily if possible these days 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily
7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night

Pregabalin is a drug that acts on your central nervous system ,ie. Your brain to help you get relief from pain.
I hope you had doctor's prescription before you had thake the medication because it is not supposed to be given otc without consultation. However, now since you have taken pregabalim for your pain, your body is used to it and getting the withdrawal symptoms. For this you will have to take proper consultation to get the de addiction done.
